We want to take culinary enjoyment to whole new heights! Which is precisely why we mainly use authentic regional and seasonal foods to cook with. The taste of our home region is, as much as anything, an emotional need we all share. Consistent with that thought as well as the principle of sustainability, we source our fish from the waters of Bad Aussee, meat and sausage from local producers. Our ultimate avowal of regionality is home-cured Arctic char rather than smoked salmon.
